  • Rita is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who has been practicing since 2002. She received her training from the esteemed Foothills College of Massage Therapy in Calgary and has been a full-body certified Active Release Techniques Practitioner at the Masters level.

    Rita uses a range of techniques, including Shiatsu/Acupressure, Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral Release, to provide stress and pain reduction, injury prevention, and deep tissue massage. Her special interest lies in Active Release Techniques and treatments, as she believes in providing the best possible care to her clients.

    Rita's approach is client-focused and holistic, emphasizing open communication between therapist and client. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and tailors her treatments to each client's individual needs.

Sandeep's extensive clinical knowledge and specializations in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, mobilization, stretching, trigger point release, postural correction, and remedial exercises make him an expert in his field.     Mae has extensive knowledge in a range of massage techniques, including Active Release Technique (upper extremity), TMJ treatment, level 2 Reiki, and Acupressure. She is a specialist in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Dynamic Cupping, Relaxation, and Pre- & Post-natal massage.
