Here at Why Knot, we hope for your continued extraordinary health and are uniquely positioned to help you achieve great things. We have implemented the following protocols while closely monitoring guideline updates to maintain a safe environment. Please contact us at hello@whyknot.com if you have any questions.

Clinic Protocols

• We have scheduled guests to allow for space. Please arrive on-time and if early, the door may be locked as we could have a smaller team on that day.

• We are currently not accepting walk-in appointments. Please use the booking system online to book your massage appointment, or phone us directly for availability. 

• We are accepting short-notice bookings. Simply book in advance and do not walk-in as a way to reduce contact impact.

• Clinic floors, surfaces, tables and high touch points are cleaned and disinfected before every appointment.

• Hand sanitizer is supplied in the clinic and masks or face-coverings are mandatory.

• If you are ill or experiencing any COVID symptoms please call us to reschedule your appointment.

Practitioner Protocols

• Our practitioners strictly adhere to social-distancing and face-covering rules as outlined by CMOH orders.

• Practitioners check our temperature daily and complete a daily checklist for COVID symptoms.

Guest Protocols

• If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have any reason to believe that you have been exposed, please do not come to the clinic (see our cancellation notice below).

• Face-coverings are required upon arriving and exiting and whenever interacting with our practitioners.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Emergency COVID cancellations could happen to a Why Knot practitioner or you. We understand that such an emergency situation may arise and ask that you provide us with notice. 

Out of respect for our therapist’s time, please note that there is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Due to repeated no shows, credit card information is required upon booking. This credit card won’t be charged unless there is a no show on file. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.
