Allison is the owner of this business, as well as one of the mulitiple therapists on staff to help you with your muscular needs.  Allison graduated from the Foothills College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with 1000 hour diploma, and brings a high level of passion, professionalism and humour to the clinic helping all who visit feel welcome, and comfortable.  



Shauna does not perform traditional Swedish massage. Instead, she uses acupressure and gentle fascial release in order to achieve a neutral structural alignment in the joints of the body. After completing her training at the Canadian Acupressure College, Shauna also completed training as an RMT. Shauna has had great success working with clients who suffer from chronic pain and injuries, structural problems, fibromyalgia and various nerve issues.  


Laurel Stuart, rmt

Diagnosed a diabetic before the age of 10, Laurel started to explore alternative forms of medicine such as massage, yoga and acupuncture in her youth as a means of maintaining vitality and longevity. Today Laurel is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200 hrs) and a Licensed Acupuncturist. Laurel believes firmly in the power of touch for healing. She enjoys combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage in her work with her clients. In her practice she focuses on orthopaedic injuries, stress relief and touch as a form of preventative health. Her goal is to always help her clients achieve and maintain optimal health.



Sandeep has always been fascinated about how the human body functions and heals naturally after injury. This fascination led him to pursue a career in which helping people heal naturally for a quick recovery. Sandeep holds a 2200 hour certificate in massage therapy and is a member in good standing with the MTAA (Massage Therapy Association of Alberta) Sandeep has also completed P.G.Certificate in Neuro-musculoskeletal therapy and has a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. Sandeep brings an elaborate clinical knowledge and more than 10 years experience. His specialties include,  therapeutic massage and incorporate: deep tissue massage, mobilization, stretching, trigger point release to relieve pain, postural correction and remedial exercises to get patients moving without pain. 


ASHleigh sim, rmt

Ashleigh graduated the 2200 massage therapy program from Professional Institute of Massage therapy in 2017 and is a member in good standing of the Remedial Massage Therapy Association (RMTA). Passionate in her role contributing to the wellness of all clients, using her vast education and natural ability to help people overcome injuries and in their journey to full recovery. Her skill set includes techniques and modalities such as Hot Stone therapy, Deep tissue, Sports, therapeutic and relaxation massage.


Paul Archibald, RMT

Paul graduated in 2006 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (2280 hours) in Halifax  with certification in a comprehensive sports outreach program, and has been practicing as a registered massage therapist ever since. Prior to becoming an RMT, he obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Saskatchewan and certification as a personal fitness trainer. Since 2006, Paul has worked on ski resorts, golf resorts, clinics, and on the sports playing field treating various types of conditions including sports related injuries, overuse and chronic injuries, and postural and joint dysfunctions, just to name a few. While enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan, he was a member of the varsity cross country and track and field teams, competing at the CIS National championships three times. Presently, he trains for triathlons/ Ironman and has competed in multiple competitions. Paul’s knowledge as a massage therapist, stems not only from his education and work experience but from his own athletic experience. Paul is very passionate about helping people in their rehabilitation from injury and everyday aches and pains. He is also very dedicated to meeting the treatment goals of his patients through very specific and thorough treatment plans.

Paul is a member in good standing registered with the National Health Practitioners of Canada Association (NHPCA).
