Allison is the owner of this business, as well as one of the mulitiple therapists on staff to help you with your muscular needs.  Allison graduated from the Foothills College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with 1000 hour diploma, and brings a high level of passion, professionalism and humour to the clinic helping all who visit feel welcome, and comfortable.  



Shauna does not perform traditional Swedish massage. Instead, she uses acupressure and gentle fascial release in order to achieve a neutral structural alignment in the joints of the body. After completing her training at the Canadian Acupressure College, Shauna also completed training as an RMT. Shauna has had great success working with clients who suffer from chronic pain and injuries, structural problems, fibromyalgia and various nerve issues.  


Konstatin Mamberger, RMT

Konstantin is a 2200 hrs certified massage therapist. His passion for helping people gives him the drive he needs in order to promote healing in his clients. His unique ability to provide an enthusiastic and professional treatment allow him to deliver the best results based on the client’s needs. He has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes to include professional athletes, the elderly, as well as those with chronic pain. Konstantin is also a favourite among our pre-natal clients!  He is trained in many modalities, as well as Pre and Post natal, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Hot stone, and cupping. 


Laurel Stuart, rmt

NOW OFFERING ACUPUNCTURE AND ACU-MASSAGE. Please call to inquire!!  Laurel’s love of alternative medicine stems from her almost lifelong quest for better health. Diagnosed a diabetic before the age of 10, Laurel started to explore alternative forms of medicine such as massage, yoga and acupuncture in her youth as a means of maintaining vitality and longevity. Today Laurel is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200 hrs) and a Licensed Acupuncturist. Laurel believes firmly in the power of touch for healing. She enjoys combining Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage in her work with her clients. In her practice she focuses on orthopaedic injuries, stress relief and touch as a form of preventative health. Her goal is to always help her clients achieve and maintain optimal health.



Sandeep has always been fascinated about how the human body functions and heals naturally after injury. This fascination led him to pursue a career in which helping people heal naturally for a quick recovery. Sandeep holds a 2200 hour certificate in massage therapy and is a member in good standing with the MTAA (Massage Therapy Association of Alberta) Sandeep has also completed P.G.Certificate in Neuro-musculoskeletal therapy and has a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. Sandeep brings an elaborate clinical knowledge and more than 10 years experience. His specialties include,  therapeutic massage and incorporate: deep tissue massage, mobilization, stretching, trigger point release to relieve pain, postural correction and remedial exercises to get patients moving without pain. 



Fascinated by the human body and born with a compassionate nature, Nicole discovered massage therapy in 2013 and has not looked back. She has studied massage therapy in Canada and abroad as well as yoga, meditation and currently is studying holistic nutrition. Her treatments focus on releasing tension through a combination of deep tissue, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, fascial assessment and treatment, joint mobilization, reflexology, Thai massage and Swedish massage.

Whether seeking relief from physical dysfunction and pain, stress reduction or simply wanting to experience a greater sense of ease in your body, Nicole focuses on giving every client a therapeutic yet deeply relaxing experience!


ASHleigh sim, rmt

Ashleigh graduated the 2200 massage therapy program from Professional Institute of Massage therapy in 2017 and is a member in good standing of the Remedial Massage Therapy Association (RMTA). Passionate in her role contributing to the wellness of all clients, using her vast education and natural ability to help people overcome injuries and in their journey to full recovery. Her skill set includes techniques and modalities such as Hot Stone therapy, Deep tissue, Sports, therapeutic and relaxation massage.



Charlotte is a member of the Remedial Massage Therapists Association with 2200 hours of training. Some of the techniques and modalities that set her apart from other practitioners are Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Pre and Post-Natal, Reflexology and Manual Lymph Drainage. Charlotte is also a Reiki Master, and enjoys implementing this ancient energy work into her treatments. She is also Certified in Holistic Nutrition, and maintains a focus on client care. 



Kealy graduated from Mount Royal University's 2200 hour Massage Therapy program with a desire to assist people in their pursuit of living an active lifestyle pain free. She has played a wide variety of sports and has always been interested in the human body and maintaining a well balanced healthy lifestyle.  


Rachael WellS

Rachael has been practicing massage therapy since graduating in 2007. Her massage technique has been developed over ten years of experience working at heli-ski lodges deep in the mountains of BC, as well as in the clinical and spa settings. She has a keen interest in helping people get back to their activities and enjoying life, and adapts each treatment to achieve this. Her experience has helped keep her massage style diverse, and ranges from deep tissue and myofascial release, to pure relaxation.
